Testing two AI chatbots, need honest feedback

I’m testing two AI chatbots I built and I’d love some honest feedback on how they behave and where they break.
They’re designed for two different use cases:
1️⃣ Technical Support Bot – handles troubleshooting, KB-based answers, and structured help flows.
2️⃣ Commercial Assistant Bot – explains services, pricing logic, onboarding steps, and clarifies doubts.
I’m trying to validate:
clarity and precision of answers
how well they follow instructions
where the reasoning fails
UX / flow issues
any confusing or “missing” features
