Spent 2 years decoding Apple Watch data β launching an app tomorrow on PH
Hello everyone! π
I'm launching BodyInsights app tomorrow at 12:01 AM PDT and would love your thoughts before we go live.
Quick backstory:
For the past 2 years, I've been obsessed with Apple Watch data. I had all these metricsβHRV, resting heart rate, sleep stages, VO2maxβbut zero clue what they actually meant or what to do with them.
So I built BodyInsights to turn that raw data into actionable insights. Think Whoop or Garmin experience, but just using your Apple Watch. No extra hardware, no subscriptions, no logins.
What it does:
β
Fitness Age β See your biological age vs actual age (this one's addictive)
β
Body Battery β Real-time energy tracking so you know when to push or rest
β
Sleep Score β One number that shows how recovered you actually are
β
Stress Balance β Maps your day into stressed vs calm periods
β
Personalized Recovery β Tells you exactly when you're ready for the next hard workout
β
Wellness Alerts β Catches when you're getting run down before you feel it
The philosophy:
Your Apple Watch collects world-class data but gives zero context. We turn that noise into a longevity system. No data mining, no ads, core features free.
What I'd love from you:
πΉ What features would make this a must-have vs nice-to-have?
πΉ What concerns would stop you from trying a new health app?
πΉ Any questions about how the metrics work or what we're building next?
We're actively shipping based on feedback (just added dark mode, oxygen tracking, better VO2max calcs). Native Watch app, sleep apnea detection, and health exports are coming next.
Launch is tomorrow at 12:01 AM PDT β would mean the world if you could check it out, drop feedback, or just say hi.
Building in public is terrifying and awesome. Thanks for being part of this journey! π
