Product Roles discovery

by

Hey Folks,
I’m Shubham Jauhari, and today I’m sharing my GitHub profile where I’ve listed multiple projects built using AI tools across ideation, research, prototyping, and execution.

What you’ll find

  • Product ideas turned into working prototypes

  • Experiments using AI for problem discovery & solution design

  • Projects focused on real-world use cases, not just demos

  • A strong bias toward product thinking > pure code

Why I’m sharing this

I’m actively looking to transition into a Product Management role and would genuinely love feedback from:

  • Product Managers

  • Founders

  • Builders who’ve gone from 0 → 1

If you’re hiring, mentoring, or just curious—your feedback would mean a lot.

🙏 My ask

  • Take a quick look at my GitHub

  • Share feedback (what’s good / what’s missing)

  • Pass it along to someone who might be hiring PMs

Thanks for checking it out, and happy to connect with fellow product folks! 🚀

Hi @shubham_jauhari

Being an active GitHub contributor myself, I reviewed your profile. Here are my thoughts, hope it helps:

  1. It's a good starting point (with 2 repos~2projects), but one may argue that it's not enough.

  2. Your mlprojects repo seems to be empty (at least that's how it's showing now). Maybe you can fix it or remove it before it affects your first impression to a recruiter/interviewer/reviewer of your profile.

  3. The README file in a repo is a chance for you to talk exceptionally well about your product along with some detailing. Maybe this codemend-AI's readme file needs more work. It's a chance for readers like me to understand whether I can benefit from the product or not. You can take the help of AI as well as your own wordings to turn it into a proper user guide.

I have a few more suggestions but I will stop here before it seems like a critique to you.

All the best, Shubham.
