Hi everyone! I’m Rubén, founder of Firmexa.

I wanted to open this discussion to share the story behind Firmexa and hear your thoughts, ideas, and feedback.

For years I saw the same problem repeated in companies and accounting firms:

too many tools, too many manual processes, and too much wasted time.

One app for digital signatures, another for time tracking, another for quoting, another for invoicing…

Everything felt fragmented, slow, and inefficient.

So I decided to build Firmexa — a single platform that brings all these essential workflows together:

- Legal time tracking with geolocation

- Smart quoting and online approval

- Invoicing and payment tracking

- Project and task management

- Document storage

- AI‑powered lead generation

My goal is simple: help businesses work faster, reduce errors, and eliminate unnecessary admin work.
