Launching with zero audience - Will it work?

We're launching Fanakin tomorrow with zero audience. Honestly, we're tired of spending months chasing followers and "building in public" to an audience that's mostly other founders, not actual users.

So we're just... shipping. Let's see what happens, and we'll continue with marketing from there.

We'll be learning as we go. If you've launched cold before, we'd love to hear what actually worked.
