How do you currently find customer needs on Reddit & YouTube?

I'm building Rebarcode because I've always found manual market research on forums to be a huge time-sink, full of noise.

My question for other founders, builders, and marketers: How are you handling this right now?

Is it all manual digging? Are you using any specific tools or methods to find high-intent signals on Reddit, YouTube, etc.?
