How do you currently create app icons for your projects?

Curious about everyone's workflow! Do you:

• Design from scratch in Figma/Sketch?

• Hire a designer?

• Use ai icon generators?

• Just grab something from an icon pack?

I used to design icons myself in Figma, but honestly my design skills are pretty average. It made the whole process time-consuming with mediocre results. That frustration led me to build Iconfast.

Now I can create professional-looking app icons in minutes instead of hours. I'd recommend it to small teams and indie hackers like me who want to ship fast without getting stuck on visuals.
