First CRM built for founders!
by•
Most CRMs don’t fail because of features.
They fail because founders don’t know what to do next after adding a lead.
We’re building FoundryDoc as a founder-first execution OS — and we just opened a small waitlist.
FoundryDoc is not trying to replace CRMs.
It sits above them.
It’s a scenario-based system where each stage (waitlist, first users, pilots, sales) comes with:
clear execution steps
ready-to-use messages
success & failure signals
decision rules for founders
We opened a waitlist because we want to build this with founders, not for founders.
Early access users will influence:
core scenarios
UX of execution flows
what not to build

Hi,
Can you provide more details on how your CRM helps with processing a lead; and what a lead is in your terms?
Thank you!
@seacat
1. The app allows you to add contacts, e.g., from your conversations on X/LinkedIn/Reddit/ProductHunt and similar platforms.
2. Your contacts have the following statuses: prospect/waitlist/beta tester/active non-paying/active paying/churned. There are also more features, like user journeys and logged interactions with you.
3. All contacts added to the app can be used in ready-made scenarios, e.g., moving a prospect to beta tester, or waitlist to paying, etc. You will get 5-10 steps with instruction what to do next, how to speak with prospect/user, and each scenario will provide ready-to-use messages ( copy & paste ). All scenarios have also conversion ranks so you will see which of them are best to duplicate or continue with other contacts.
Would be great to have you on the waitlist!
