I’m Ju Lin, founder of Indie10k – a “growth gym” for indie founders built around daily reps and compounding small wins.

Lately, I’ve been working on something bigger than just product features: a TenK Manifesto.

Think of it like the Agile Manifesto, but for indie SaaS builders — a simple set of values that keep us moving toward $10k MRR without drowning in endless theory or playbooks.
