Checking publishers' requirements

What if the CertifyMeUA team creates a tool that evaluates articles or abstracts for compliance with publishers' requirements? The tool will be paid. Would you use this tool if there is a possibility that the tool's subjective assessment may not coincide with the subjective opinion of the editorial expert? :)
