Building QuickIntro: making referrals less awkward

by

I’ve noticed asking for referrals often feels like asking a co-worker you haven’t spoken to in years for a reference. Awkward, hesitant, and rarely happens.

So I built QuickIntro, a simple card that makes referrals as easy as clicking a button, and turns them into actual meetings.

I just launched an AhaTree, a 60-second interactive walkthrough that explains how it works (no signup):

Right now we’re super early, just a couple of first users. I’m learning how to make this “hair-on-fire” instead of just a nice-to-have.

Curious: if referrals fuel your work, what’s the most awkward part of asking for them?
