Asking for approval before tool commits?
by•
Hi,
I can see some great protentional and reputation management with the tool but had a question about what it might promise customers.
With this tool, if I instruct the AI that it can suggest discounts, free service or whatever, will it ask me for approval first before committing to an offer?
For example, I wouldn't want the tool to suddenly start agreeing to 4hr free consultations. That would just cause even more problems.

Andrew, thanks for asking.
You pre-define the actions the AI is authorised to take for each service or product individually, it can be as simple as an apology, but there is a menu of options you can choose from.
The AI will start with the lowest cost to you (normally an apology) and won't go above what it's authorised to do. So, if you don't want to agree to rebooking or a rebook+uplift then don't authorise those actions. However, rest assured that it won't start with the costliest remedy first.
You can also remove authorisations if you feel that they're going to exacerbate the issues.
I hope this helps.
Grant.
