For others, it’s a highly practical tool—the ultimate way to achieve weight loss, crystal-clear mental clarity, and deep cell repair (autophagy).
We wanted to create an app that respects both paths, but with a twist: Honesty. Most fasting apps rely 100% on your manual input. But let’s be real—it’s easy to sneak a splash of milk in your coffee and let the timer run. That’s why Ultimate Fasting syncs with Health Connect. If you log food in your calorie tracker mid-fast, our AI will flag it and keep you accountable. No more cheating yourself!
🚀 Taking it to the next level (Habit Stacking) For those looking to maximize their physical and mental benefits, we added Habit Stacking in our PRO version. You can now stack your fast with Cold Showers and Box Breathing sessions right inside the app to drastically boost your metabolism and mental focus.
