The BYOK and pay per use model is the part I find most interesting, but it also means a new user has to go create an API key before they hit their first real "wow." Do you see meaningful drop-off at that step, or have you found a way to shorten the path from signup to first value?

the Projects feature is the one i'd want to understand better. most AI chat interfaces have some version of conversation organization but Projects implies persistent context across sessions rather than just folder organization. does TypingMind maintain context between separate conversations within a project or is it organizational only. that distinction determines whether this is useful for ongoing work or just tidier storage
@tony_dinh2 You may have to include features where multiLLMs can work together, for example a team of AI debating or working in a group, for providing responses or a group of reviewers or debaters or critics. Also, what about token usage and memory optimisation?
