Twitter Threads - Twitter introduces a built-in Tweetstorm feature ⚡️

Twitter launched it's own Tweetstorm feature! They made it easy to create a thread by adding a plus button in the composer, so you can connect your thoughts and publish your threaded Tweets all at the same time. 🐥

Built-in Tweetstorms yaaaa
Heads up this animated gif randomly freezes the PH iOS app for me every few seconds
Great execution on the UX, and team. I'm curious what your overall goal is with this feature. E.g. to make it easier for people to tweetstorm? Encourage people to tweet more (that might not already be tweetstrorming)?
easier execution, better structure, likelier impeachment?
As an emerging and not prevalent behavior on the platform we wanted to first and foremost make them easier to read, then simplify the creation and make it less likely that folks will improperly thread/inadvertently branch. Nothing quite as painful as seeing a thread.. that was not threaded 🙈
Any chance this feature will be made available via the API for third party clients?
Can I edit the Tweetstorm yet tho
First step is editing individual tweets.
We ask for the ability to edit Tweets and Twitter instead give you a way to better make Tweetstorms
So, what's the point of a character limit then?
I think of the length limit like: Tweet ~= paragraph. Tweetstorm ~= blog post.
Well done, Twitter! This makes so much sense. Love it!
Cool!

Well now let the threads flow.

Pros:

They achieved the thread we've been waiting for

Cons:

None yet.

Completely agree! This is the Thread feature that I've been waiting for so long
Nice job folks- this seems like a smart implementation on UX side of things.
When will edit functionality be added? I'm begging you.

Works very well one iOS and Android but no support on the Twitter WUI which is disappointing.

Pros:

Thread posting has become a reality for iOS and Android.

Cons:

Thread posting has not become a reality for web.

We have a web experience as well.. still rolling out. More info here:
For me it also works in the web browser. Great feature.
