Scott from Troops here. Really excited to share with you the latest version of Troops that now includes the ability to update Salesforce without ever leaving Slack. 👌🏻 That means no more context switching, less clicks, a great mobile experience, and a more delightful way to interact with your customer data. And since I know a few of you might ask….Troops 2.0 works with all your custom fields and objects. We’re excited to further bake this edit capability further into existing Troops’ Slack/Salesforce workflow like alerts, reporting, and more, to make using your CRM a breeze. Hit me up below if you have questions!
Congrats on the launch, Scott and team!

Huge fan of what Troops is up to. They really understand the Slack <-> Salesforce workflow, excited for 2.0
Thanks Brendan! The whole team is grateful for your support
The Troops team is quickly realizing the vision of bots / automation + workflow applications > system of record incumbents. Congrats on 2.0!
appreciate the support Kayvon. I'd have to agree that the newer UI components coming to the messaging platform are making bots/automation come to life in meaningful ways.
Love Troops!
Thanks Anthony!
Been loving Troops' alerts in our sales channel. Best way to stay up to speed on the new deals our team closes. Might be one of the best Salesforce implementations that exists right now. Congrats to the team!
thanks Chris. The deal gong is definitely a favorite. Appreciate your support and we're fans of Guru too!
Nice Scott & team- sharing this with all our salesforce users.
thanks Tom!!
Congrats! 👏
thanks Sarah!
Very smart use of Slack's new message menus. Two questions for you 1) Are their plans to integrate with other CRMs at some point? 2) How did you get access to the API endpoints before they were officially launched? Assuming it's probably through the Slack Fund but thought I'd ask. Thanks!
1. It's definitely something we are thinking about 2. I believe slack reaches out so some developers prior to launching new developer functionality to see if they want to build on it. That's what happened here
🤘 Great work! Added to:
thanks Francis!
