I would only use this tool if it was fully open-source. No way to verify the privacy claims they make.

SDKs are not open source. The days of launching SaaS products like this are almost over. The stakes are too high, especially with this use case, to trust some black box code to protect my sensitive data. Open source with restrictive licensing is the future.
