Hey everyone! And thanks so much @pollock for sharing this. In the last few months, there is no question that hiring hasn't really been at the forefront of most people's minds. However, as the world slowly starts to return to normal, businesses will need a solution for screening and hiring top talent. @andrew_berman Hi Andrew, thanks for your interest. The non-technical tests test a range of skills, from communication, teamwork, personality, sales, leadersip & management, customer support, marketing (google / fb ads, copywriting) to product management. Are you looking for anything specific?

I love the idea. I am already a big fan of toggl track. reading the comment it seems like thetool is not only focusing on tech profile. Still I am not 100% certain hiring non tech profiles with this tool is appropriate. So I suggest to find a way to showcase more of that aspect in demo/content.

@cecile_rofidal Same as for technical roles, there is a lot of questions you can ask potential candidates from marketing, sales, support etc to test their level of basic knowledge to use Toggl Hire as the initial candidate filter instead of reading hundreds or thousands of CVs. We have used Toggl Hire to screen non-technical candidates ourselves and have many clients doing so as well.
