@joe_murfin I am not sure the purpose of a book about culture is to "fix" something broken. I like to see it as a tool for founders and CEOs to not even let it break in the first place.

This book looks like exactly what I need. However, I can't tell if the book is great people writing about their culture and why it's important OR if shows you how to 'build' that culture in a guided way. Will this be in stores like Barnes and Noble in the near future? I'd like to read a chapter or two to see if is right for me. Congrats either way!
