We are living through the loneliness epidemic and AI is stepping in to fill the gap. AI companions, AI conversation coaches, AI profile writers. All of it designed to help us connect, but none of it is actually connection.

I keep asking myself: are we building tools that lead people toward each other, or tools that make being alone more comfortable?

That is the question that led me to build Tête-à-Tête. No AI matching. No algorithm deciding who you should meet. Just real people, real proposals, real dates.
