Hey Product Hunt community! 👋 I'm thrilled to introduce Teamixo, our workforce management software designed to revolutionise the way teams operate. 🚀 With Teamixo, you can easily track employee time, carry out timesheet reports, site reports, and analyse shifts along with tracking clocking in/out via GPS. Our goal is to help teams collaborate more efficiently and boost productivity. 💪 We released our MVP back in April and have had a fantastic response from our customers 🚀 By trialling our software for free, all we're asking is that you give us feedback so that we can make it even better 😎 More features will come as time progresses: Shift scheduling, calendar views, H&S tools, contracts & document management and employee leaderboards are just a few of great new features that will be arriving soon. congrats on the launch of teamixo. considering the depth of features you offer, how do you ensure ease of use for new users unfamiliar with such comprehensive tools? what training materials or support do you provide to help them get started?

@mashy Thanks for the congrats! Great question! Having tried other systems during our previous roles, we founded Teamixo with the idea of simplicity. Our UI is user friendly and easy to navigate ensuring usability from the get go, even for beginners. We offer assisted onboarding for new clients and we're also finalising an AI assistant that will use articles written by us, so that it can refer to them and assist our users with clear and easy steps to get the results they require. And, if users want to talk to a human, we're available too via the in-system support messaging.
