Hi PH, I’m Ryan. I’ve been running a startup for 10 years. As we grew, so did the places where tasks came from Email, Slack, Jira, GitHub, even personal notes. I tried everything to stay on top of it. But most tools only track tasks. They don’t help you complete them. To finish anything, I had to switch apps. To reply, update, or follow up. That constant context switching? It killed my flow. So I built Taskey. And yes, since Taskey manages workflows across all integrations, there’s naturally sensitive information involved. That’s why we made sure everything is processed locally. It’s what makes the product feel safe, and it’s something I found crucial myself while using it.
