So easy to sign up and use it that I would recommend just trying it to see if it works for you

Pros:

Super easy, beautiful UI

Cons:

None so far - doesn't have enterprise integrations yet

Con: Free is now limited to 2 workspaces. I wouldn't have deleted my other 5 if I had realized that. Now they are gone. VERY disappointing. Pro: Finally have tags.

Congrats on the launch of 2.0! I've been using Taskade since the very early days and it's been incredible seeing the team's sheer amount of progress + the product's extensive feature-set. It's simple yet powerful. It's fast and organized and is great for teams and individuals. Keep it coming! Excited to see what's next :)

Been playing around with Taskade and am loving it - feels like pairing but for everyone. Am excited to migrate everything to Taskade this weekend

Very much enjoy Taskade. It has its issues but I think they are working on those things so that is a definite plus. Definitely one of the most user-friendly options out there even with its quirks.

Links, importing or pasting in outside content without it being converted to tasks, changing the format of selected text larger than a single line from checklist to paragraph, a way to see all tasks assigned to a user, etc.

Taskade is much more flexible and simpler to use than Trello. Give us a try, no signup needed here:
Seems impossible to import existing documents, notes, etc. from (for example) Dropbox Paper. Everything pasted into Taskade is made into checklists. A use case they had not considered?
