🧠 Taskade is a beautiful organization and collaboration tool for getting things done. Create task lists, write notes, and video chat together, all on the same page. Taskade is the unified workspace for distributed teams. It is simple, flexible, and fun! 🌈

I'm finding Taskade super useful even in "single player mode" to manage my to-do list. I love the Chrome extension which really matches my flow for getting things done.

@peterkimfrank Great to hear! Taskade is designed for teams and individuals. Feel free to use it personally, just know you have the ability to share and collaborate instantly whenever you'd like. You can share individual task lists, or inviting your team members into workspaces.

Taskade.. is.. neat. Great GREAT customer support and engaged community, all credited to a super nice bunch of mofos who will go out of their way to listen and to keep improving. Taskade is one of those teams you just want to succeed because not only their product is great, but they are also great people. This rock and roll so far. Good fortune your way guys.

Very clean and easy to use product! Big props to the product and design team behind Taskade. Do you plan to provide API access down the road to allow for Zapier or other webhook services to update workspaces?
Dionis Loire
@nickatloot Yeah definitely, so you can quickly generate lists from external sources to track them easily. The ideal is a 2-way binding mechanism, naturally.
John Xie
@nickatloot Thanks Nick. API is high on our priorities list. Do you have any specific requests for API access? Feel free to send us any details to support@taskade.com or comment on our public roadmap here https://www.taskade.com/v/B1Q8lM...

I used Taskade for my second semester of freshman year in college, and it's been a great tool so far. It keeps me organized with my homework and tasks I need to do.

Pros:

Really awesome way to organize my todo lists!

Cons:

A little buggy sometime when copying pasting

John Xie

Would love them to stay lean and don't feature creep and end up like the other ones.

Pros:

Fast, minimal, and light on RAM compare to competitors.

Cons:

None that I can find so far.

John Xie
@edison_wang4 πŸ™ Thanks for your support, lots more improvements coming soon!

A bit expensive for a personal / solo user.

Pros:

We do not need a separate app to have board view! Taskade has it nativelly.

Cons:

I'd like to have a dashboard consolidating tasks from all or selected lists.

John Xie
@marcos_dias_alves Taskade is now free to use for individuals and teams with unlimited tasks, projects, and project / workspace collaborators. Check out https://taskade.com/pricing/ to learn more.
