I was lucky enough to try out Tape over a year ago. It's insane how far the product has come and what Jason and the team have achieved. Talking with them, it's clear they have a real vision for where the product is headed and I'm excited about this launch.

I think I should understand this, but I don't. Is this a messaging platform (sms, FBM) where I build my list and send broadcasts via Tape? Or does Tape output a file that's optimized video for MMS/FBM? Let's say I already have a list of SMS subscribers on another platform... how do I use Tape? ?makers
Agreed, I don't understand what this is.. how does the video get to the users' phones, and what role does SMS (text) play here?

great feedback. this is the kind of reaction from PH we were hoping for that highlights what we've missed being in the weeds. so thank you! We're a mobile video platform that is optimized for use with your favorite SMS tools/platforms. You would first use Tape to create the video story and the assets to send through a 3rd party SMS tool. After sending, Tape captures interaction data, summarizes to help you generate insights, and sends it to other platforms like CRM systems to give you a wholistic view of your new SMS outreach enhanced by Tape video. hope that helps but if not, we're all happy to answer further questions. keep the feedback coming!
