Hi 👋🏼 We are super excited to finally launch Joyster on Product Hunt! Joyster has been a passion product of mine for a year or so in the making. We created Joyster to help people understand themselves through data. Two years ago, I was faced with severe panic attacks for no known reason and I didn't know how to make it stop. I looked for apps that would help me keep track of my mental and physical symptoms, but I couldn't find anything. All the ones I found were focused on journaling, which I'm not a big fan of. I wanted something quick and data-driven! So, I started a spreadsheet where I would rank my panic on a scale of 1-5 each day and compared it to activities, food, exercise, people I saw, etc. at the end of the week I would graph and try to find trends. What I found was amazing. I was finally able to ACTUALLY understand how to live my best life with actionable insights. A few months later, Joyster was founded. We hope Joyster can help anyone who is looking to understand themselves a little bit better! Hope you like it :)
