It's always tedious recruiting the right person to give the right feedback, get them all-together in a short period of time to maintain sprint velocity, and a whole host of other things.

Congratulations on the launch! As someone interested in leveraging UX research, I'm curious - what tips do you have for identifying the right participant profiles to recruit when first defining a study? With so many options on Tandemz, how can new users determine the key demographics, backgrounds, etc. to focus on recruiting to get quality insights?

In short, targeting is all about the behaviours you're trying to study, so one should focus their energy on understanding on what questions they can ask in their screeners to ensure people they meet have the right behaviour.
