I've been a part of tal&dev. It's been a life changing experience. The insights are great for the talent. I'd recommend to use the product and at least try to see the result yourself.

Tal&Dev is clearly on a noble mission, a difficult one at that but they seem to have found their unique niche, the product looks solid from a UX perspective but, perhaps more importantly, the insights and analytics that come out of the reports about individual engagement are unlike anything you would get from competitors such as gallup.
