Looks promising! I like how Syncly AI centralizes feedback from multiple channels. One thing I'd love to see is integration with popular project management tools like Jira or Trello. That way, teams could easily turn insights into actionable tasks. Also, it'd be cool if there was a mobile app for on-the-go access to these insights. Keep up the good work!

Not sure how I feel about yet another tool claiming to solve churn issues, it’s not clear how this AI is different from what's already out there, feels like more of the same if you ask me, also the real-time insights sounds good but do we really need AI to understand customer feedback, curious to see how it plays out but can't help but be skeptical, anyway let's see if the founder can prove us wrong

@bizstrategist Thank you for your input Timoteo! :) If volume of customer feedback is small, teams can keep track of issues across user journey. We think AI is best at solving scalability issue that many of our users experience when they cannot keep hiring people to solve this issue. Teams wanted to work more efficiently, focus on things that matter more, but didn't want to lose sight of customers. That's when we come in. :)
