My entire team is really proud to show this product to you. Since meeting @alirayl at @userconf in SF this year, we've fallen in love with Slack and wanted to give app developers a way to answer questions, collect feedback and build relationships with their users - without having to jump through a bunch of different web apps or ticketing systems. Take a look at what (I think?) is the first messaging app built on top of Slack - using it to manage communication and not only as a place to get notifications. Hope you like it! I can prove the power Supportkit @3nderapp has been using it for the last couple of months, it's just incredibly useful. And it's pretty, so it won't ruin your UI and branding.

Could this be a replacement for, say, Olark? From the landing page I did see how to pull that off for a typical web app.

This looks intriguing. Have been looking for a way to create and communicate with a street team of power users, and hoping this might be a better option than a FB group. Or maybe I'm misreading exactly what this does.
