Having separate sandboxes makes sense for experimentation. What happens when two agents make changes to the same part of a codebase?

@alheri_murya For most of the work, Git worktrees provide really good isolation between agents. Each agent can work independently in its own worktree without affecting the others.
The tricky case is when two agents need to modify the same file or the same part of the codebase. If they're operating in the same worktree, there can be some back-and-forth between the agents as they see and react to each other's changes. Otherwise, we mostly rely on Git to handle the integration - separate branches make it straightforward to merge the changes and resolve any conflicts that arise.
Nice that you can check the same session on your phone and carry on from desktop later.

@grant_w1 yessir :)
Good that local Superset workspaces work too. I wouldn’t want to change my setup just to use the mobile app.
@jack_pearson33 yep everything should continue seamlessly in both directions!
Superset
@jack_pearson33 yeah want it to work for both very well
I’m not looking to do actual coding on my phone. Checking the agent and replying when it needs me is enough.
@trevor_loy23 yep we suspect that's the main use case for folks! I have some suspicions that it could still be really useful for "hands free" coding I.e. a voice assistant but we'll probably have to test that to be sure
Can you see the current status and recent activity of every agent without opening each session?
Superset
@austinphillips we have a pretty good list view where you can see the status of all the agents that are running and ran, I think it's a good idea to show the last message of the agent here so that you can quickly get a view
Can agents also coordinate when one task depends on the result of another?
Superset
@jasonwu we are testing a few multi player/agent flows we should see a v0 soon
Can an agent keep working on a task while another agent handles a related change?
Superset
@garyshenk yep absolutely would love to understand more if you have any specific usecase in mind
Superset
@garyshenk yessir
you guys should definitely add a quick keybinding to pause all active at once if something starts going sideways.
Superset
@jack_hayes83 would love to understand in depth when do you think this is needed? But looks like a good button/option to have
@harshith_mullapudi1 Imagine testing a complex 5-agent pipeline and one agent gets stuck calling the same API repeatedly. A global pause/stop hotkey just gives you instant peace of mind.
The monitor view seems important once the number of agents grows. Is there a way to quickly spot agents that are waiting for input?

What made you focus more on building this as a mobile experience instead of just improving the web version?
Congrats @flyakiet & team!
@flyakiet @hamza_afzal_butt the web version probably will be useful too! The native app experience adds a lot of polish and quality-of-life that we didn't want to trade for in my opinion
