I like how intuitive it is from the get-go ( from onboarding to actual usage) and I like how it's tackling something that is becoming more and more important...Growing the personal/professional development of your team members.

Finding what's best up front can be a challenge, but once you find things that work, it's simple to acquire, access, and share.
