The current internet isn’t built for the real-time world we live in today. I’m excited to see how much better we communicate, collaborate, and connect on Subspace!
Hello ProductHunt,
Subspace CTO & cofounder here. I'm really excited this morning, because we've been working on building out this network for several years, and we're to the point where we are performing more reliably than the public internet pretty much worldwide.
I believe this opens up new possibilities and use cases that we've never seen before. We've made it super easy to access the service and would love to get feedback from the Product Hunt community!

@quentusrex Congratulations to the team on this release! Upvoted - my home network is not great and I don't think it's my ISPs fault. I'm routing several hundred miles to SJC and then I bounce all over the place on public DNS.
@joecardillo For any WebRTC based application, Subspace can provide the network proxy services that would make any application run better. GlobalTURN would be a good product for this use case.
@quentusrex Congratulations to the team on this release, observability on the Subspace network would be something interesting when the SDN are spawned.
Hey Product Hunters! 👋
Nikki here, VP of Marketing at Subspace. Today, we’re making our Network-as-a-Service available to developers and companies across the world to operate, deploy, and scale your applications.
We’ve been working on this for the last several months, and we’re beyond excited to have the well-known and prolific @aplusk hunting us 🙏
Here’s how it works:
Subspace delivers real-time connectivity from anywhere to anywhere, so your apps receive enterprise-level connectivity with astonishingly low latency, jitter, and lag, leading to massive improvements in quality of experience, more scalability, and higher overall profitability.
We do this by deploying custom hardware in hundreds of cities combined with proprietary AI software that “weather maps” the internet in real-time. This gives our network the power to find the best paths —a combination of existing paths and our fiber-optic backbone—and pull traffic through them in real-time.
It’s like a private carpool lane and GPS, but for dynamic internet traffic. And, it only takes a few minutes to set up using simple APIs and a global IP proxy, so no client-side installation is required. If it sounds easy, that’s because it is 😎
Subspace’s Network-as-a-Service works with any internet application, but it’s especially useful for:
🎮 Online competitive gaming
💻 Remote collaboration
📱 Real-time web service
🕺 Live stream events
🖥️ Videoconferencing and live streaming
📞 Remote call centers
👩🏽⚕️ Telemedicine
💵 Online investment platforms
👩🏾💻Virtual desktop and remote file access
With today’s announcement, real-time developers can now build instant digital experiences unencumbered by traditional network constraints. We also provide multiple easy, self-serve on-ramps, including:
1. GlobalTURN global edge-to-edge acceleration for your voice and video applications, without the expense and maintenance of multiple TURN servers.
2. PacketAccelerator delivers latency improvements of up to 80% and reduces jitter and packet loss by 99% while minimizing DDoS, all with one simple connection.
3. SIPTeleport enables superior voice quality for remote call center agents while improving customer support experiences.
Questions? Suggestions? Feedback? We’d love to hear it. Share your thoughts with us, and remember that no matter what type of applications you’re running, Every Millisecond Counts. ✌️

@kensavage Thanks! It's been a lot of work, and we've worked to support some incredible customers so far. For any application that requires real time, or interactive components then yes, Subspace would make for a great component in your SaaS architecture. For content that is static(like images and most html) and can be cached, there are many good CDN options, and great companies like Netlify that support those components.
@mnezarati Agreed. This Network as a Service is a turnkey solution for even the most agile and earliest of stage startups. Spinning up a TURN network and expanding across the globe to instantly serve your end users in less than 30 minutes? MADNESS! ;)
Gotta love it.
Congrats everyone involved. The Twitter Spaces yesterday was amazing. I'm excited to see what folks can build on this network and see what real-time interactions REALLY feel like.
@thecoolestcool yeah, the Twitter Spaces yesterday was wicked informative. Finally, we have a solution to the internet's queuing and caching problems that have been holding back our push into the next era of innovation!
Building a global "everywhere to everywhere" Network-as-a-Service for real time communications that actually works is a Hard Problem, and they're tackling it head-on. Making it developer-centric and API-driven just makes it more compelling.
Big thanks to everyone for the support so far today on our Product Hunt launch. We're thrilled to share this all with you, please don't hesitate to ask us questions!
