Parents, what kind of technology do you let your kids play with?
We’ve already talked a few times about how handing a child a tablet isn’t always the best solution.
Meanwhile, some countries are starting to ban access to social media for minors (even my country is considering a ban up to age 16).
But there are certain technologies that can actually develop a child’s talent and imagination through play.
Today I saw the launch of this product – @Stickerbox , and I was amazed.
I love that the experience isn’t just a screen that forces kids to stare into blue light. Very clever.
Do you have any recommendations for similar tech products that kids can use?
(Christmas is getting closer, and I’m thinking about what I could get for my cousin [15] and my other cousin [13]. Last year I bought both of them Polaroid cameras. Yeah, they are getting older so I am trying to find something appropriate to their age.)

Tech that gets kids off screens and encourages imagination is exactly what we need right now.

@abod_rehman totally agree :)
I don't let my kids have any screentime at all, but they are both under 3 years old. I don't know how that will change in the future. I think it is hard to find a balance between helping them develop an attention span and giving them exposure so that they can develop self discipline.
For now, they have access to some gadgets that are educational or very active in nature, like a @Toniebox for example

@philliphamnett I had a look at toniebox, it is cool for dancing :) Re kids and attention span – reading books can help because reading longer forms of texts requires attention and focus. Anytime I want to ditch my short attention span from social media, I read books :)
@busmark_w_nika Agreed, we do love reading :)
