Hey, Dom! Great question. To start working with Vercel, you have to have a Git repository and everything related to modification of your website is done through Git. In Static.app, you don't have to know any code or how to operate Git or CLI. You can just create a static website template in any website builder out there, export it as a .zip archive and upload it into Static.app. Everything will be automatically deployed and you can make changes to your website inside of a Dropbox-like interface inside your browser. Hope that answered your question ;)
