I built Statement Review for the step between receiving a digital bank PDF and entering its transactions. It keeps editable rows beside the source and checks available balances, possible duplicates and printed page counts. Matching arithmetic does not prove completeness: you still check every included row.
The online trial is free and reads PDFs in your browser. The optional US$19 one-time, one-user Version 1 local copy uses the same engine and features. It adds files you can keep and serve with Python 3 or a compatible static server. A completed paid Paddle receipt is the licence evidence; the package needs no activation file or manual delivery approval. Tax is shown before payment.
Scope: desktop Chrome 145+, one account, 10 MB/20 pages, supported selectable-text PDFs with numeric or English-month dates and clear amount columns. No OCR, scans, credit-card statements, multi-account files, bank connections or QuickBooks Desktop.
The sample and gallery use fictional records. Six fictional CSV rows were checked in the official Actual Budget demo. QuickBooks Online and Xero are CSV column layouts; their customer imports have not been verified. Development used AI assistance.
If you have a supported statement to enter now, try one task and tell me whether the CSV is usable and how long corrections took. If you need an accounting import, check that separately. Please keep client records on your own device.
