Hi Product Hunt! I’m Cat, an engineer on Startup School. We’re super excited to announce our new Future Founders course! It begins today (November 9) and lasts for 6 weeks. We have great curriculum lined up, and a video call every Tuesday that consists of an AMA with a YC partner as well as breakout sessions for folks to meet each other.

If you're already in Startup School, but think the future founder course would be a better fit for you, you can certainly join! Go to 'my profile' in your Startup School dashboard, and then click on 'choose a track'.

The future founder track is better for folks who are not actively working on a company right now. If you are working on a startup idea right now, and the deals are a good resource, then you're probably better suited for the active founder track in Startup School.
The timing of this launch can't be this perfect! I'm working on Shoutout(shoutout.so) and recently found a technical co-founder. One of my dreams is to get into YC! With Startup School, we will get a chance to learn and execute things in a faster way and hopefully get into YC next year! Congrats and thanks for spreading abundance and knowledge to the world!

That's awesome to hear! If you're actively working on a company, I suggest you and your co-founder go through the Active Founder track (instead of the Future Founder track) on Startup school!
I just figured that while onboarding :) Nevertheless I'm pumped to be part of the program and learn from the best!
Startup School is the best online resource I've ever found. I still can't believe it exists. It's a bunch of super smart, super successful founders who have seen thousands of companies go through YC, giving you the blueprint to build a company in a clear and concise format. It's an insane democratization of knowledge. I wish very much that I had discovered it before I had already made lots of the mistakes they warn about on my first product 😛

I've done this 2 times, so I would go for it again, mostly for the networking and the vibe around YC SC. Love it!

That's awesome! If you are actively working on a startup, I would recommend the Active Founder track within our continuous program :)
Nice project.
Startup School is amazing. We went twice and it helped us a lot, with both knowledge and credits for some popular services. Totally recommended!
