Standuply Q&A - Internal Q&A platform for Slack or MS Teams

1. Save your team's repeated questions from Slack/Teams and provide access to everyone on the team.
2. Create a Subject Matter Experts Directory so that team members know whom to ask about what.
3. Let folks ask the external community of experts when needed.

Hello, Product Hunt šŸŽ‰ This one is HUGE, I promise. It's been 4 years as we're building Standuply and today's launch is the evolution of all our work throughout the years serving and learning from thousands of customers like Google, Walmart, IBM, Adobe, Slack and more šŸ˜Ž We all suffer from questions and discussions lost in Slack/Teams. People are asking over and over again for the same thing, which distracts and wastes time. ā” But what about wikis, someone might ask. Wikis are rarely read, and the information there is often outdated. Ouch. ā” So what do we offer? Is that a new tool to learn? The solution is simple as using a chat tool, whether it's Slack or Teams. You just type /ask and send your question to Standuply. If there is an answer in Standuply, then it will return a link. Otherwise, Standuply will route your question to a relevant subject matter expert in your org and/or posts a question to a channel of your choice. āœ… What is the Subject Matter Experts Directory? Let's say you work in IBM with thousands of employees. How the heck you'd know whom to ask about this technology or that part of the product? Standuply makes the process as simple as possible. The company representative provides Standuply info on who's know what, and you just type /ask with your question to let Standuply send your question to a relevant expert. āœ… What are the ways to ask experts? You can send a text/video question to an expert or schedule a call for an in-depth consultation. At the right time, both of you will receive a link to join a video conference via Standuply (no additional tool is needed). āœ… What if I need help with something no one knows in my org? We got your covered (I told you it's huge). We built a knowledge marketplace in Standuply with over 1000 vetted industry experts on engineering, marketing, and management. Use the same /ask command and choose whom to send your question: internal experts or external experts. In that case, pick the 2nd option and your question will be sent to all relevant external experts. Looking to find a particular expert? Browse them all at https://standuply.com/ask/browse If you need help with onboarding a large org or want to speak about Enterprise pricing plans, here's my email: alex@standuply.com Alex at Standuply.com P.S. We're raising our seed round ($640k ARR; 1250 customers) šŸ’ø Send me a note if interested: alex@standuply.com
