How do you perform Technical Due Diligence on your product?

About 3 weeks ago, I had a conversation with a Founder and they asked me how we perform due diligence on our product and I told them I either use the template provided by the investor or use Claude. The challenge with using Claude for me was the inconsistency/hallucination which gave a different outcome on every re-run. What other tools are there?
