This looks amazing. Considering switching, but is there a universal quick add feature and what are the keyboard shortcuts? These are the features that currently keep me on Things
Harry Ng
@nicbyron Thanks for your suggestion. We will see how we can implement this.
Nic Byron
@harryworld that would be really wonderful. I would switch ASAP if y'all had a universal quick input and keyboard shortcuts. FYI while I use Things because it also has keyboard shortcuts Todoist has the best universal quick entry

Absolutely the best project management and to-do list app ever made. I have been using it for a year now and I am sure it will help you bring your productivity into new level. One of the features that makes it special is the hyper-scheduling, it can automatically organize your day and personally, it saved me a lot of time. In addition, I really like the calendar and the integration with the built in calendar of the system in the app since not many apps offer that and it allows you to look at your whole day. Thank you Sorted team for making this app. I am sure anyone would fall in love with it.

@iltoxizon Thanks for your kind words. After years, we've finally nailed down to the concept of hyper-scheduling which forms the core of Sorted³. Hope that we're able to spread this learning to more people.

@foad_kordnezhad Thanks for your kind words. As you may know, we have had a hard time to find the best tool for ourselves. After trying the many tools available in the market, we decided to build our own. It's so delightful that many users like yourself resonate to this and support us in this journey.

I love the app. I've been using it since Sorted 2 was released. I'm really glad you finally got this version out for Mac. I've been testing the beta versions for a few months now and you've done an amazing job. Congratulations to the entire Sorted 3 team. Thanks for the effort!

@ana_albelo Thank you for your support and patience. We really didn’t want to release anything that we were not proud of. So it took a few rewrites, but so worth it when we hear back from our users.

@daniel_you Sorry it took so long. Thanks for your patience and hope you like it!

Sorted is amazing! I like the fact that I can also tick off 'Calendar' items, while they get preserved in the Calendar app in original state. I recommend it! 👍🏽
Harry Ng
@maaac Yes, we think this is important that you know what event you should be aware of (no matter it's a meeting, a call or simply birthday reminder). By taking care and checking off of them, you are not disturbed by them for the rest of the day.

@cyanapps Thanks for the kind words. This means a lot to us!

As someone with ADHD, being able to time-shift tasks is invaluable for avoiding overwhelm while still remembering what’s important. This app makes that easy, and hits all the right notes for a task manager while doing so. I’ve used it for years on iOS and iPadOS.
Harry Ng
@sean_gilbertson1 Thanks for being with us all these years. Hope the addition of the Mac App can help you mastering your day even better.
