Sortd for Gmail - Trello for Gmail - Transform your email into organized lists

Sortd is the world's first Productivity Suite for Gmail. Unlike Asana, Monday.com, Trello or Tables by Google, who primarily focus on Internal collaboration, Sortd is capable of managing both Internal & External collaboration with deep email integration.

I love this - after Mailbox shutdown my inbox has been spiraling into chaos!

Just downloaded today and started using it. Very intuitive, clean and helpful after even 20 minutes of going 'inbox zero'. The ability to nest emails together and change the subject of a task from the subject is really what sets this tool apart from other email productivity systems.

Curious - What is the intended monetization strategy? I've been using Sortd now for a week+ and really find that it's working well for me and intend to continue to use it long term. I am hoping I can pay for this down the road when it's out of beta rather than having to succumb to ads or worse. Will there be a monthly/yearly subscription option? Thanks in advance - and thank you for making a great app!

I have been using it for a week now. Sortd is a dream product but it has some more way to go. I am not feeling happy about mandatory 3rd party cookies and today after the new release gmail slowed down dramatically, so I uninstalled it for now. Definitely will keep an eye for future versions.

I just can't seem to figure out why it wouldn't work well with Mixmax. Is anyone else having this problem?

Sortd Team, I have been using the product 100% in place of the Gmail box since June 1st. The product is great and simple to use. I know there are many bugs, but I know it is still in development, and the benefits outweigh the bugs still for me. The one major bug that bothers me is the way it interfaces with the Gmail "Archive" feature. I have noticed that archived mails constantly come back and re-appear in the left in-box. While all the other bugs are tolerable, this one really kills me. If I close the window and launch a new one, sometimes it fixes it self. But much of the time I need to go back through a bunch of emails and re-archive them. It is duplication of work and also it makes me not trust the accuracy of the left in-box. I'm looking forward to future updates. Thanks for everything so far! -Dan Fortner dan.fortner@tipalti.com

Sometimes I wish everything would just STOP for ONE day. Can I have ONE day where I'm not becoming obsessed with a new thing? Does anyone else spend 1,324 hours a year switching between productivity apps and tools and stacks? This is a compliment.

Sortd has become such a powerful product since my team first tried it. Unlike Asana, Monday.com, Trello or Airtable, Sortd is the only tool that we have seen that helps you manages both Internal + External collaboration. Most other tools just manage internal collaboration. In our business we are always dealing with customers, partners and suppliers, who are all external. It's also a great productivity tool! I would certainly recommend this product and see if it fits your needs.
