Well, I have mixed feeling about this. The tool get's the job done, only in the technical sense. If you are not a designer eventually you will make visual mistakes. I think this tool is awesome for people who cannot afford, or don't have a designer atm. But it troubles me the thing you guys say in your website "Create highly engaging images without the help of a graphic designer." Maybe is not intentional, but you are saying "the design ppl are only image's and graphics droppers" and that's wrong in my point of view. Guys don't take me wrong, the tool helps ppl who are struggling without a designer, but this will never substitute a designer.

@jediklai Hey Diogo. You're right.. Snappa will never be able to replace the work of a professional designer and we don't want to discredit the work of professional designers either. However, when we ask users why they sign up, a lot of them say "We want to create nice images quickly without having to use a graphic designer." The language we use on our homepage resonates very well with the audience we're trying to serve.

YouTube Thumbnails. I've wanted this for so long! I use Canva for all of my graphics, but with the YT Thumbs and Usability of Snappa I'll be trying this out for a while! Thanks :)

I just discovered I'm already registered but had forgotten about you, but I don't see where. I haven't had a need for the service just yet, though I have before. May I suggest you occasionally email users, I've opted out of the design tips, but app updates (perhaps a monthly newsletter) would be good.

I like the UI and ease to quickly create an ad banner. Well done.

Looks nice and will come in handy for many people. It won't replace a real graphic artists' work for sure but small businesses will benefit from Snappa from the start. I can only suggest changing your "55s demo". When I clicked on the video, I was expecting an example demo where you guide us through start to finish in 55 seconds but it is more like an ad-type kind of thing. I think it would be better if you include a simple step-by-step kind of demo in the website. It would have been more convincing for me.

I don't like that I can't download anything I create unless I get the premium membership. As a result I have been using canva and picmonkey
