Hi everyone 👋 I built SmartChef because I kept wasting food. As a solo developer living alone, I often bought ingredients with good intentions… but ended up forgetting them in the fridge. I also found myself cooking the same meals over and over because planning felt exhausting. I wanted a simple solution: What if AI could suggest recipes based only on what I already have? SmartChef was born from that idea.
