Smart365Guide looks interesting because it goes beyond static product tours and adds an AI guidance layer inside the product.

One question I have is: how does Smart365Guide understand the user’s current screen, workflow state, and next best step?

For SaaS or ERP products with complex workflows, this could be very useful for onboarding, reducing support tickets, and helping users complete tasks without getting stuck. I would love to understand how the product handles workflow mapping, safe actions, and verification before helping users complete a task
