Skarbe analyzes sales calls to automatically identify things like next steps, follow-ups, also can help with customer objections/questions, sentiment, action items and deal risks/opportunities. It also summarizes calls so you can quickly scan highlights without re-listening.


Compared to Gong, Skarbe is simpler much more affordable and specifically built for small business. Gong is powerful but often overkill (and pricey!) for small teams. In fact, @tony_urban, CEO of Deckrobot (who’s somewhere here in comments today), switched from Gong to Skarbe about a year ago and significantly cut costs while simplifying their process.
