This by far the best app for fasters and Iβve tried a few. Itβs easy to use. the content and information shared is funny, interesting and very relevant and educational. Notifications are appropriate and you can personalise your plan as it best suits you. Ive been fasting for many years but with no knowledge about what was doing to my body and its benefits. since i have the app I've learned so much about it and this has pushed me to go further as the benefits are clearly amazing! The only thing i would like to have on the app is the ability to communicate/add friends and create a community with the other app users. Ive been sharing the app with all my friends in hope we could track our progress together but soon i realised it was not possible, which is a shame. But im still super happy with the app and recommend it to everyone.
