We are currently focused on sales roles (SDRs, BDRs, AEs) because that is where we can go deepest. We would rather be great at one thing than mediocre at everything.

@abs_unit1Â great question! the 5 factors are: Communication Skills, Outbound Experience, Coachability & Adaptability, Career Trajectory, and Domain/Industry Fit. we weighted it across these 5 factors in such a way because traditional matching over-indexes on resume keywords and quota claims (which are fabricated like 70-80% of the time btw). coachability ended up being the sleeper factor, it's one of the strongest predictors of SDR success but almost nobody screens for it. and we use semantic matching instead of keyword matching so candidates who describe the same skills differently don't get filtered out.
