For years, most people used ShiftMate on their phones.
And that made sense.
A phone is perfect when you just want to answer one question:

Why isn t a normal calendar enough for shift workers?
For someone working Monday to Friday, a calendar mostly answers:
What do I have scheduled?
One of the most interesting features we ve built for ShiftMate is coworker shift sharing.
Originally, ShiftMate was mostly about one person managing their own schedule.
But shift work is rarely completely individual.
Nurses often want to know:
ShiftMate started in 2011.
That means we ve been working on a nurse shift calendar for around 15 years.
The product today looks very different from where it started.
But one thing hasn t changed:
