The amount of Loom videos I recorded every time we released a new feature became overwhelming. 1,000+ Looms over 2 years in enterprise SaaS implementation. Users still struggled to follow along with the video, and my inbox was full of questions asking how to use the product. I wanted something that understood the workflows and the product, and was in front of the customer's face when they were running into the problem.
