Every online call creates a to-do list. Shadow clears it live. It understands your conversation, tracks what needs to happen, and executes tasks in real time. PDF creation, slide generation, CRM updates, follow-ups, and scheduling before the call ends. Our goal is to have no post-call work. Just stay focused while Shadow handles everything in the background. Starting with core workflows and expanding to everything your calls create.

Very cool. Does this work alongside tools like Granola, Fathom, etc.?

@arya_marwaha If you wanted to use it to keep meeting minutes like granola and fathom it can do that too - however let’s say as a GTM leader I want to update my list of leads. Rather then showing up in a summary Shadow takes action on items from meeting notes and executes them. So just one or two steps deeper then current meeting assistants on the market.

@khuzema_khomosi Yes, definitely possible.

Right now we’re starting with common meeting actions like Gmail, Calendar, and Notion. But a coding agent is a very interesting direction.

For example, during a product/engineering call, Shadow could help create a Jira ticket, update docs, summarize a bug, or eventually connect with coding tools to prepare small changes.

Curious - would you find this more useful for creating tickets/docs from engineering calls, or actually making small code changes from the discussion?

I’ve been using Shadow 2.0 for a bit now, and it’s completely flipped the script on my post-meeting workflow. Drafting Jira tickets and Notion docs during the call is a massive time-saver.

@lakshita_rana1 There is always a human-in-the-loop present.
Before any kind of message/email/document is updated, you are prompted to make a decision or any edits as the user.

How to integrate with Slack. Microsoft Team, Zoom with Shadow? Can it be use in mobile and computer?

@aung_ko_min1 We have slack integrations present in the integrations panel. Click on your name in the bottom left where your profile is - go to settings and you'll see the integrations panel pop up. Right now we work with teams, gmeet and zoom in terms of meeting platforms. We currently only have a mac application version available but mobile would be really cool as well!
